You’ll find me teaching regularly at My Yoga Place, where I lead in-person and online sessions, offering welcoming classes for all levels. With Recovery Ayr, I guide both Yoga and Mindfulness for Addiction Recovery sessions, providing support for those on their recovery journeys.
